Hi, I’m Luke Khoury.
As a dedicated and multidisciplinary allied health professional, I bring together expertise in Chiropractic care, Exercise Physiology, Sports Science and Strength and Conditioning to help individuals achieve lasting health, optimal movement and peak performance.
Whether supporting an injured athlete, guiding a post-surgical client through recovery or helping someone move more confidently and feel stronger, my approach is always tailored and outcome driven. I take an integrated, evidence informed approach, combining hands-on therapy with a heavy focus on progressive loading strategies to return you to activity.
I believe in empowering individuals by building their autonomy and confidence through thoughtful education and compassionate support. My role is not to direct your journey, but to walk alongside you—offering guidance, encouragement, and the tools needed to navigate your path with clarity and purpose.

As the founder and lead consultant of KC Health & Sports, I have built a premier multidisciplinary practice delivering integrated injury management, rehabilitation and high-performance training services. Leveraging a sophisticated understanding of biomechanics, neurophysiology and sports medicine, I design and implement complex rehabilitation protocols and periodised training programs aimed at optimising functional outcomes and reducing injury recurrence.
My work with professional athletes and clinical populations includes advanced musculoskeletal assessments, diagnostic screening and tailored exercise prescription utilising contemporary modalities such as functional movement screening, load monitoring technologies and movement quality analytics. I oversee comprehensive athlete management systems, coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless rehabilitation-to-performance transitions.
I also lead professional development initiatives, delivering bespoke education and mentoring for allied health professionals and students. My academic credentials include ESSA accreditations as an Exercise Physiologist and Exercise Scientist, AHPRA chiropractic registration, ASCA L2 strength and conditioning certification and a Master’s degree in High Performance Sport.
