Pneumatic Compression

Pneumatic Compression (arm and leg sleeves) is a therapeutic technique used in medical devices that include an air pump and inflatable auxiliary sleeves, gloves or boots in a system designed to improve venous circulation in the limbs of patients.

This may be beneficial for:

• Post Exercise/Activity Recovery

• Reduce swelling in an injured limb or post surgical management

• Assisting venous drainage in patients experiencing vascular or lymphatic insufficiency (N.b: We will also consult your treating specialist prior to offering this modality to ensure whether it is appropriate)
